Privacy policy
This policy covers optlint.adamhaleworks.workers.dev ("OptLint", "we"), run by Adam Hale.
The free tools run in your browser
The campaign builder, policy generator and preflight check are JavaScript that runs on your device. What you type is not sent to us or anyone else. To save you retyping, inputs are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Use the Clear button on each tool, or clear your browser's site data, to delete them.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Waitlist. If you join the Approval Kit waitlist, we store your email address, the role you select and your optional note, and use them only to tell you when the kit is available. We do not sell or share them.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, named at checkout. It processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the kit and provide support. We never see your full card number.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
Why we use it (legal bases)
Server logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure site. Waitlist: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Purchases: performing our contract with you and keeping records the law requires.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are deleted when the kit launches and you have been notified, or when you ask. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to adam.hale@atomicmail.ai. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Children
OptLint is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
