Terms of use
These terms apply to optlint.adamhaleworks.workers.dev and the Approval Kit, offered by Adam Hale. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What OptLint is
OptLint provides drafting and checking tools, templates and educational content for US SMS registrations (A2P 10DLC and toll-free verification). We are not a law firm, a messaging provider or a carrier, and we have no role in approval decisions.
2. No approval guarantee
Carriers, The Campaign Registry, vetting partners and your messaging provider decide whether a brand, campaign or toll-free number is approved. Their rules change, and reviewers can reject for reasons no text check can detect. We do not guarantee any approval, throughput, deliverability or outcome.
3. Not legal advice
Content and templates are general information based on published industry guidance. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for your own messaging program and for complying with the TCPA, state laws and carrier rules. If in doubt, consult a qualified attorney.
4. Free tools
The free tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for checking and editing everything they produce before you use it.
5. The Approval Kit
- Price. $19 USD, one-time, plus any tax added at checkout.
- License. You may use and adapt the templates for your own business and, if you are an agency or consultant, for your clients' registrations. You may not resell, sublicense or publish the templates themselves, or substantially similar copies, as a product.
- Updates. Updated versions are available to you for 12 months after purchase.
- Refunds. If the kit does not help you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to adam.hale@atomicmail.ai. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the kit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including registration fees, vetting fees, carrier fines or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Trademarks
Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, HighLevel, LeadConnector, The Campaign Registry, CTIA and carrier names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies from then on.
